For orders under $75, there is a fixed delivery fee of $15 Australia-wide. When you spend over $75, you'll enjoy free express delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
We currently use Australia Post Express for all deliveries unless otherwise stated.
From Monday to Thursday, order before 10am (AEST) and your precious chocolates will leave from our warehouse that day (excluding public holidays).
To avoid any damage and prolonged delivery, orders placed on Friday and the weekend are dispatched by 10am (AEST) Monday. We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends or the day before a public holiday.
WILL MY CAREFULLY CRAFTED CHOCOLATES SURVIVE WARM WEATHER?
The perfect GODIVA experience is always our priority.
If the weather is warm, your order will be neatly packaged with special ice packs and insulating foil. If we are concerned about extreme heat causing damage to your order (and it won’t be everything you dreamed of), we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date.
During times of warm weather, we will hold onto your order until the next suitable gap. You will be advised and contacted by a member of our team should this occur.
We recommend that you send your GODIVA chocolates to an address where someone will be present to accept it to ensure the quality of your chocolate.

Click & Collect is now available – at no cost. Shop your favourite chocolate treats and gifts online and pick them up in-store, within 4 hours.
To select Click & Collect, choose the 'Pickup' option at checkout when finishing your purchase. We are currently offering pickup at GODIVA Emporium, but will be expanding to all Victoria shortly.
