Godiva Australia reserve the right to change any information on the godiva.com.au website at any time. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on the godiva.com.au website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Seasonal and Event Promotions
From time to time Godiva Australia may run limited-edition or event-based promotions (e.g., Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day). Each will specify start/end dates, applicable products, and eligible sales channels.
Loyalty Program Offers
Loyalty reward redemptions and points promotions are governed by the Godiva Australia Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions. Points and promotions under the loyalty program are non-transferable and subject to expiry and eligibility rules.

Free Express Shipping when you sign up to the Godiva Australia mailing list and spend $50 or more in a single transaction. This offer only applies to the first purchase made online, and if the email is signed up to the mailing list at the time of purchase. Minimum spend applies after discounts and before shipping. Unique code will be sent by email or SMS upon sign-up and must be entered at checkout for the offer to apply. Black Friday Sale Offer
The Godiva Australia Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. AEDT on Friday 29 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Monday 2 December 2025. During the promotional period, customers will receive up to 25% off selected chocolate items, both in-store and online at godiva.com.au.
This offer is valid only on selected products clearly marked as part of the promotion. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, loyalty reward or voucher. Prices are as marked, while stocks last.
Exclusions apply, including gift cards, Grand Place collection, Legendaires Truffles collection, Pearls 100g pouches, Pearls sold via the dispenser in-store pouches and all café items. Corporate, bulk or resale orders are not eligible. Shipping fees are not included in this offer.

Selected Christmas products are available for advance purchase prior to their official release or arrival in Australia. By placing a preorder, you are securing product at this pricing before the item becomes available for general sale. This promotion runs from 11 November 2025 until 17 November 2025, 11.59PM AEDT, unless otherwise changed.

Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email (for example: “Dispatching from 21 November 2025”) and are provided in good faith but may change due to shipping, customs, or production delays. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder products, your order will be sent one shipment when the preorder item has arrived. If you would like your order to ship separately, please contact Godiva Customer Care at customerservice@godiva.com.au to request this.

Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Box Giveaway
