WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

From Monday to Thursday, order before 10am (AEST) and your precious chocolates will leave from our warehouse the very same day (excluding public holidays). To avoid any damage, orders placed on Friday and the weekend are dispatched by 10am (AEST) Monday.

We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends or the day before a public holiday.

During warmer months shipping may be affected by the weather. During times of warm weather we will hold onto your order until the next suitable gap.

WILL MY CAREFULLY CRAFTED CHOCOLATES SURVIVE WARM WEATHER? 

The perfect GODIVA experience is always our priority. If the weather is warm, your order will be neatly packaged with special ice packs and insulating foil. If we are concerned about extreme heat causing damage to your order (and it won’t be everything you dreamed of), we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

For orders under $80, there is a fixed delivery fee of $15 for Courier Shipping Australia Wide (Aus Post Express for WA, NT & PO Box Customers). If you spend over $80, you'll enjoy free delivery. 

MELBOURNE METRO FOUR HOUR DELIVERY (Zoom2u)

Our 4 Hour Delivery is currently unavailable due to a temporary closure of our stores.

We get it. Sometimes, perfection can’t wait. GODIVA can arrange for your chocolates to be with you within four hours. Currently, this is available in selected Melbourne metro areas (orders are dispatched from our Melbourne CBD, Doncaster and Chadstone stores), seven days a week between 10am-3pm. As we grow and open more stores across Australia, we’ll be proudly offering this delicious service far and wide.

NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, GODIVA Australia does not currently orders internationally including to New Zealand. We hope to service New Zealand in the future, as everyone deserves to Treat Themselves Wonderful.

 

 

HOW TO KEEP THE LEGEND ALIVE
GODIVA’s delicious chocolates don’t typically make it past our doors, but since you’ll be lucky enough to receive them from our store, here are some tips for keeping them fresh:

a) Make sure you keep your chocolates in a dry, cool place (temperatures between 15-18 degrees with low humidity) and keep them away from direct light or heat sources to prevent them from melting.
b) If storing in the fridge is necessary (i.e. during warmer weather), place the chocolates in an airtight container and return it to room temperature before consuming.
c) The cocoa butter in GODIVA chocolate is like a sponge, absorbing everything in the near vicinity, so be sure to keep your chocolate away from garlic, spices or perfumed products (i.e. soap) as this might affect the flavour.
d) Sure, you can take all these precautions to stop our chocolates from going bad, but the sooner you eat them, the better they’ll taste!
