Shipping during hot weather

If we are concerned about extreme heat causing damage to your chocolate (and it won’t be everything you dreamed of), we delay delivery until it is a perfect temperature to ship. If this results in excessive delay, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date.

I missed the gift card option.

Order was dispatched so quickly but I'd missed the option to add a gift card. I was grateful there was a delivery tracking system as I saw my order was being returned to sender! My order went to a patient in a hospital and the driver didn't deliver when he couldn't contact the recipient. I called the courier and they sent another driver to recollect the gift and deliver it to the patient who was delighted with his gift. We did have to separately hand-deliver a card to the hospital.
