Visit a GODIVA store. When youβre ready to buy, the staff can help you set up the account.
Anyone with a customer account will be automatically enrolled. You can create an account here or you can do it at the time of purchase. You can also sign up in-store with one of our staff members.
For every $1 spent with us, you will receive 10 points.Β Β
Sign in to your account and click the βRedeenβ tab. From here, you can redeem a reward that you can use towards your next online purchase by entering the code or adding the profile at the checkout.
If youβre visiting a store, please advise the staff when youβre ready to shop and redeem your reward. Please note, reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers, and only one reward can be used per purchase.Β
Points from any purchase online or in store will show on your profile within minutes of your purchase. Points earned from completing an activity, such as completing your profile or referring a friend will also be added to your account instantly.
These points can be redeemed for rewards straight away in your next purchase.
We'd love to celebrate your birthday with you. Simply complete your profile by signing into your account, selecting the 'Earn' tab and completing your profile.
You will need to add your mobile number and gender in order to earn the full 500 points.
Your birthday needs to be added to your profile 7 days prior to your birthday. If not, we cannot guarantee your birthday offer will be activated in time.
You can view your point balance and track your activity in your customer account. Sign into to your account here. We will also send you updates about your points balance from time and after each purchase, so make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter.
If points have been used as full payment for an order, any refunds will be issued back to your account as the value of the points. If points have been used as a partial payment for an order, the refund will be issued partly as points and partly in the original payment method.
To join the GODIVA loyalty program, you do need to provide an email address.
If you think you may have more than one active customer account, please contact customerservice@godiva.com.au so we can investigate this for you.
However please note points may not be combined with another account or transferred to another person.
Yes, you will continue to receive loyalty notifications as these messages are transactional.
Should you no longer wish to receive loyalty notifications, you will need to select "unsubscribe from GODIVA Loyalty program emails" from the unsubscribe link in the email.Β
