Please note Godiva products can only be shipped to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

We ship with Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express. Orders over $100 are shipped at no cost. Otherwise, orders incur a shipping fee of $9.90.

Easter Delivery Information 2026

To receive your order before Good Friday, 3 April 2026, please place your order before the following Easter delivery cut-off times when selecting Australia Post Express shipping.

*Please note: Delivery times may be extended during sale and promotional periods. While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Godiva is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over. 

Delivery & Handling 

To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

As our products are perishable goods, this helps protect your chocolates from being left outdoors or exposed to heat.  If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post collection point or fulfilment centre for safe holding. The recipient will receive a notification from Australia Post with collection details.

Godiva does not recommend delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or unattended addresses, as chocolate may be exposed to heat. For the best experience, please select an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Note shipping times excludes public holidays. During sale and promotional events, delivery may be longer than specified times.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please note that we do not ship on public holidays. For example, if your order is placed on a public holiday, it will not be dispatched that same day — your parcel will be sent out on the next business day.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

From Monday to Friday, order before 2PM AEDT and your order will be shipped that day (excluding public holidays). Otherwise, all orders are packed and sent next day.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We ship to New Zealand using AusPost International Express. We offer free express shipping on all orders $150 AUD and above.

For orders under $150 AUD, we charge based on volume. These will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order. Please see the below table for details.

To avoid your package of chocolate getting detained at customs, we handle all the customs and duties directly with our fulfilment partner. Should there be any other issues that result in delays in delivery, your local customs office may be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
