The Bunny Hunt β Easter Event
Promotion Period: The Bunny Hunt runs from 12:00 am on 27 March 2025 to 11:59 pm on 30 March 2025.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all loyalty members of Godiva Australia Loyalty Program, shopping in-store at Godiva Australia locations: Godiva Swanston Street, Godiva Melbourne Central, Godiva Chadstone, Godiva Highpoint, Godiva Canberra, Godiva Chatswood, Godiva Castle Towers and Godiva Doncaster. The promotion is also available to customers shopping online at godiva.com.au.
1. Promotion Overview
1.1 "The Bunny Hunt" (the "Promotion") is a loyalty points-based event run by Godiva Australia (the "Promoter").
1.2. The Promotion runs for four (4) days from Thursday 27 March until 11.59PM Sunday 30th March (the "Promotional Period").
1.3. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to all customers who are registered members of the Godiva Australia Loyalty Program (the "Participants"). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Loyalty Catalogue and Points Redemption
3.1. A dedicated Loyalty Catalogue will be available for the duration of the Promotional Period. Participants can redeem products and offers from the Loyalty Catalogue using their loyalty points.
3.3. The availability of items in the Loyalty Catalogue is subject to stock availability and may be updated or modified at the discretion of the Promoter.
4. Special Offer β $15 Voucher
4.1. A special offer of a $15 voucher is available for redemption at 3000 loyalty points. Once redeemed, the $15 voucher is valid for one (1) month and expires on April 30, 2025.
4.3. The $15 voucher requires a minimum spend of $15.00 in a single transaction.
4.4. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
5. Daily Gift Card Giveaway
5.1. During the Promotional Period, customers who spend $75 or more in a single transaction are automatically entered into a daily draw to win a $50 Godiva Gift Card.
5.2. One (1) winner will be selected each day of the Promotion via a random draw.
5.3. The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with their Loyalty Program account within three (3) business days of the draw.
5.4. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Terms
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. The Promoterβs decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including eligibility and prize allocation, are final and binding.
6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
6.4. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
