Where is Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is available at all Godiva store locations.
When shopping online, if your chosen items are stocked at your preferred Godiva store, the option to pick them up will appear during checkout. You can also see whether your chocolate is available for Click & Collect on every product page.Β
If a location isnβt listed at check-out, it means the product isnβt available for pick-up at that store. Please note that all items in your order must be available at the same location for pick-up.
How to Select Click & Collect
Choosing Click & Collect is simple:
- At checkout, select the 'Pickup at Store' option.
- Choose your desired location from the available options.
As long as the products are stocked at your selected store, your order will be ready for pick-up soon, with a notification sent out once your order is ready for collection.
Are all products available for Click & Collect?
Some products are unavailable for pick-up at this time. These include:
- Hampers
- Greeting Cards
To check product availability, simply use the stock status feature on each product page. If all your selected items are available at the same store, you will be able to proceed with Click & Collect at checkout.
When Can I Collect My Order?
Youβll receive a βYour Order is Ready for Pickupβ email once your order is preparedβusually within 24 hours of placing your order.
Make sure to check theΒ store opening hours prior to visiting to collect your order. When visiting the store, please bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID to collect your purchase. Be sure to check the store's opening hours before heading over.
How long will be order be held?
Your order will be held for 7 days from the time itβs ready for collection. If you havenβt picked up your order after 3 days, you will be sent a reminder.Β Regrettably, we cannot extend this timeframe, so please ensure your order is collected within the allotted period.
What if I cannot pick up the order within 7 days?
Orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email along with a full refund.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, a trusted individual may collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf. Simply leave their details (full name and phone number) in the Order Notes section at checkout, or notify your selected store by phone in advance.
When they arrive to collect the order, theyβll need to present the βYour Order is Ready for Pickupβ email and their valid photo ID.
