Loyalty Terms & Conditions

The Godiva Loyalty Program is Godiva Australia's reward program, available to customers Australia-wide when shopping online at godiva.com.au or in-store at Godiva stores in Australia.

These terms and conditions set out the conditions on Godiva loyalty. Upon joining the Godiva Loyalty Program, you agree to terms and conditions as well as the Godiva Privacy Policy.

1. Program Enrolment

Membership in the Godiva Loyalty Program is free. Customers can enrol by creating an account online or in-store when they complete their purchase.

By opting into the program, you can opt to receive communications regarding promotions, exclusive rewards, offers and content not available to the general public.

You can opt out and unsubscribe marketing communications at any time. If you opt out of marketing communications, you will no longer receive emails from Godiva Australia. You may receive transactional emails, regarding points updates and expiry, from Godiva Australia loyalty program.

2. Earning Points

Earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points will appear in your account within minutes of a transaction.

Customers who purchase corporate gifting, wedding orders or any bulk discount purchases are not eligible for participation in the Godiva loyalty program.

Godiva loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed outside of Australia.

All points expire within 365 days of their original date of issue. Any reward balance that remains after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law.

3. Rewards

Points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards online or in-store. Only one reward may be used per transaction.

Upon earning points, you are eligible to redeem points for rewards.

  2. Loyalty Reward catalogue: opportunity to redeem your points on seasonal, limited-time-only deals. Our rewards and latest launches will renew with the seasons.Β 

Godiva loyalty points can only be redeemed in Godiva stores across Australia or online through the godiva.com.au website for online purchases delivered within Australia.

When shopping online, you are still required to meet the free shipping threshold in order for free express shipping to apply, even when using redemptions. You can only redeem one reward per transaction.

Godiva reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary loyalty rewards without notice and, at any time for any reason whatsoever, in its absolute discretion, including without limitation, Godiva loyalty rewards, issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

If redeeming Godiva Australia rewards online, you must follow the instructions set out in the corresponding email or Godiva loyalty portal when you claim the offer. Full terms and conditions are displayed across the corresponding email or Godiva loyalty portal. Promotional codes issued are for single-use only and are not transferable.Β 

4. Birthday Gift

Members receive a birthday gift through email or SMS (or both), if they have opted to provide Godiva loyalty with their birthday at least seven (7) days prior to their birthdate. Members must remain subscribed to marketing communications in order to receive their birthday offer.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with bundles. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or Godiva sign up offer (10% off first purchase). Excludes gift cards and shipping costs (where applicable).

5. Additional Benefits

Early access to new products, complimentary gift styling, and exclusive offers are available to members.

6. General Conditions

Points and rewards are non-transferable. Refunds will be partially credited back to points and the original payment method if a transaction involves points.

Godiva Australia reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate your access to the Godiva loyalty program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

These terms and conditions may be amended by Godiva Australia at anytime.
