Godiva Loyalty Event Terms and Conditions

Summary

‘Presents for Points!’ (the "Promotion") runs from Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 8:00am AEDT to Sunday 22 March 2026, 11:59pm AEDT (the "Promotional Period"). The Promotion is available in-store at Godiva Australia locations and online at godiva.com.au. 
The Promotion is open exclusively to all customers who are registered members of the Godiva Australia Loyalty Program. The Participants are eligible to redeem their available reward points for products and offers (the "Rewards") outlined in the Godiva Rewards Catalogue, subject to availability.
This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers. Godiva Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms, and Godiva's decisions are final. 

Promotion Overview  
1.1. The ‘Presents for Points!’ Promotion is a loyalty points-based event run by Godiva Australia (the "Promoter").  
1.2. The Promotion is valid only during the Promotional Period specified above. 
1.3. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 
2.1. The Promotion is open to all customers who are registered members of the Godiva Australia Loyalty Program (the Participants). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 
2.2. The Promotion is available in-store at Godiva Australia locations: Godiva Swanston Street, Godiva Melbourne Central, Godiva Chadstone, Godiva Highpoint, Godiva Canberra, Godiva Chatswood, Godiva Castle Towers and Godiva Doncaster. The promotion is also available online at godiva.com.au.  

3. Reward Catalogue and Points Redemption 
3.1. A dedicated Reward Catalogue will be available for the duration of the Promotional Period. Participants can redeem Rewards from the Reward Catalogue using their existing loyalty points. 
3.2. Rewards may be redeemed in-store or online at godiva.com.au using the Participants’ available Loyalty Points balance.
3.3. All Rewards are subject to stock availability and may be updated or modified at the discretion of the Promoter. 
3.4. No minimum purchase is required for Rewards redemption. The promotionncannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3.5. Rewards will expire after 4 days of being claimed, if not redeemed. 

4. Special Offer – $25 Gift Voucher 
4.1. A special offer of a $25 gift voucher is available for redemption at 3000 loyalty points. Once redeemed, the $25 gift voucher is valid for 30 days and expires 30 days from the date of issue.
4.2. The $25 gift voucher requires a minimum spend of $50.00 in a single transaction and can be redeemed online at godiva.com.au or in Godiva stores.
4.3. The gift voucher is not valid for use on café items for in-store redemption.
4.4. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.  

5. $50 Gift Card Giveaway 
5.1. Participants who spend $75.00 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Promotional Period, either in-store or online at godiva.com.au, will be automatically entered into the giveaway draw.
5.2. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn each day from all eligible entries to receive a $50 Godiva Gift Card, issued via email.
5.3. The Gift Card is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 
5.4. Winners will be notified via their membership email address within 7 days after the draw and must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within the time period instantly generates a redraw for the next qualifying candidate.
5.5. This Giveaway is open to Godiva Australia Loyalty Program members aged 18 years or over. Employees of Godiva and their immediate families are not eligible. 
5.6. Entrants must have provided consent to receive marketing communications from the Promotor and acknowledge that their information may be used for promotional purposes in accordance with the Promotor’s Privacy Policy. 
5.7. The Promotor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and to substitute prizes if necessary.
