Step 4: Receive Your Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email (and SMS if applicable) confirming the details. You’ll be notified again when your order is ready to collect or out for delivery.

A madeleine is a traditional French sponge cake, known for its delicate shell-like shape and soft, buttery texture. Often subtly flavoured with vanilla, citrus, or tea, it’s a gentle, nostalgic treat that evokes comfort and memory.
Each madeleine is freshly baked to order and best enjoyed within 3–5 days of purchase.
Due to their freshly baked nature and short shelf life, madeleines are not available for standard shipping. They are only available via Click & Collect or Same Day Delivery in Victoria, New South Wales and Canberra in select areas to ensure quality and freshness.
The madeleines are made fresh to order and best enjoyed within 3–5 days. To ensure the highest quality, we only offer pickup and delivery between 8–11 May.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, we will not be able to offer refunds if you change your mind during the pick-up period.
Madeleines must be ordered separately from other standard delivery products, as they require special handling and a different fulfilment process.
If you would like to order madeleines as well as chocolate in the same order, the whole order will be made available for pick-up on your selected pick-up date.
Individual madeleines are $9.00 each. The 3-pack gift box is $25.00.

Yes. You can choose your preferred pickup location and date during checkout. Orders will be delivered to stores based on pre-orders placed to ensure freshness and avoid waste.
Pickup will be available between Thursday 8th May to Sunday 11th May, or until sold out.
A limited quantity will be available in selected Godiva stores on Mother's Day weekend, but we strongly recommend pre-ordering to avoid disappointment. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.
