Mooncakes Presale 2023 – Shipping & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Your order will be sent in mid-August, with enough time guaranteed to arrive prior to the celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. 

If you are concerned or worried about your order arriving on time, please get in touch with customer service.

We currently use Australia Post Express for all deliveries unless otherwise stated. 

WILL MOONCAKE GIFT BOX SHIP WITH MY OTHER PRODUCTS?

Your Mooncakes will be shipped in mid-August. 

If you purchase any product in the same order as your Mooncake, your order will be split and sent separately. For example, if you purchase a Chocolate Tablet and Mooncake in one order, you will receive them separately, with the Chocolate Tablet shipped first. 

If you would like your order shipped together and not separately, please get in touch with customer service.

CLICK & COLLECT

Unfortunately, Click & Collect is not available for any order containing a Mooncakes Gift Box during Presale. Our Mooncakes will be available for Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect after presale.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We ship to New Zealand using AusPost International Express. We offer free express shipping on all orders $150 AUD and above.

For orders under $150 AUD, we charge based on volume. These will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order. Please see the below table for details.

 

To avoid your package of chocolate getting detained at customs, we handle all the customs and duties directly with our fulfilment partner. Should there be any other issues that result in delays in delivery, your local customs office may be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
